Hyperliquid (HYPE): which plan does the data favour today: long, short or neither? Start your answer with one line in exactly this form: "Data favours: LONG", "Data favours: SHORT" or "Data favours: NEITHER". Then give the trade plan for BOTH sides, each as ONE line in exactly this format, copied from this turn's plan_long and plan_short: "$HYPE | long | entryLow-entryHigh | stop | target | X/10" and "$HYPE | short | entryLow-entryHigh | stop | target | X/10".
